Singapore’s Ian Wong Kit Makes History as Mister Heritage International 2025

Bangkok, Thailand – November 8, 2025:

Singapore celebrated a historic victory as Ian Wong Kit was crowned Mister Heritage International 2025, becoming the first Singaporean to win the international title. The grand finale, held at Asiatique Bangkok, marked the spectacular conclusion of Heritage Pageants International 2025.

Delegates from Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Laos, Singapore, Thailand, and China competed in a week of culturally rich segments, including the National Costume Presentation, Thai Silk Showcase, and Formal Wear Competition. The finale opened with a captivating Thai cultural performance, honoring the host nation’s heritage.

Ian Wong’s win led the evening’s results, with Thailand named 1st Runner-Up (Mister Heritage Universe) and China taking 2nd Runner-Up (Mister Heritage World). The production was directed by renowned Nepali choreographer Rojin Shakya, with dynamic dance sequences by India’s Jayesh Patil and official photography by Malaysia’s Benggy Yeong.

A distinguished panel of judges including former Mrs. Heritage International titleholders and film industry personalities ensured a credible and inspiring selection process.

Under the leadership of Mr. Santosh Sapkota of Eplanet Singapore Pte. Ltd. and International Director Ms. Susan Koh, Heritage Pageants once again showcased its mission of celebrating culture, unity, and purposeful pageantry.

Ian Wong’s victory joins the lineage of notable winners such as Tshepiso Khumalo (South Africa, 2016) and Warren Peter Petrews (Kenya, 2024), marking an unforgettable milestone for Singapore on the global heritage stage.
